TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HOTEL LOS FARALLONES

Welcome to Hotel Los Farallones. Below are the terms and conditions applicable to our Day Pass and use of facilities. By purchasing this service, you agree to these provisions:

  1. Rates and Consumptions
  • Adults: Rate of $40.00 from Monday to Sunday, includes $20.00 credit for restaurant and spa.
  • Children under 12 years old: Rate of $30.00, includes $15.00 credit.
  • Rates include access to areas designated for the Day Pass and use of pools.

 

  1. Operating Hours

The Day Pass is available from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Access outside these hours is not allowed under any circumstances.

 

  1. General Policies
  • No external food or beverages are allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • We reserve the right of admission to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.

 

  1. Liability
  • The use of pools is at your own risk. Hotel Los Farallones is not responsible for accidents or incidents occurring on our premises.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pools.

 

  1. Changes and Cancellations
  • This service has a non-refundable policy.
  • You may request a date change at least 24 hours in advance without any additional charges. Changes made outside this period will be subject to availability and additional fees.

 

  1. Safety Rules

We kindly ask you to respect the staff’s instructions and facility usage rules to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.

 

  1. Other Terms
